All of our caregivers are carefully screened to ensure that they meet our high standard for delivery of care.

Our Registered Nurses will also be conducting home visits on a regular basis to guarantee that the health and safety of our clients, and to make sure that our client’s needs are being met by their caregivers.

When it’s time to find assistance with activities of daily living (ADL, you or your loved one may be reluctant to allow a stranger into your home. In New York, the CDPAP program enables Medicaid consumers to recruit, hire, and train their own home care workers. The aides can be direct children, family members, and friends.

Parent Care helps you navigate the CDPAP program to enjoy the benefits of home care with a person you know and trust. To qualify for the program, the consumer (the senior in need of home care services) must be enrolled in a Medicaid program. The consumer, or the person acting on their behalf, should be self-directing to ensure proper care is performed by the Personal Assistant (PA).

Parent Care will help to make the registration process for the Personal Assistant as seamless as possible. Additionally, with technological advances, Parent Care can ensure timely and accurate weekly payments to the PA for services provided.
